Acudio Ltd Privacy Policy - Effective 18 October 2021

This Privacy Policy explains how Acudio Ltd (‘Acudio’, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’) collects, stores and uses certain information about you.

Where we are providing services to you this Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the agreement under which you engaged us to provide services to you (‘the Terms’). In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms take precedence over this Privacy Policy.

We collect information connected with our function as chartered accountants. The types of personal information we collect or may be provided with include, but are not limited to:

(a) name;

(b) contact information;

(c) birth date;

(d) financial records;

(e) interactions with us;

(f) government identifiers such as IRD number, driving licence, passport.

We use the personal information that we collect to:

(a) perform due diligence checks before we agree to provide services;

(b) provide agreed services.

We do not use that information for any other purposes, unless it is necessary to comply with a legal or professional right or duty.
