The new normal

We are rapidly becoming accustom to the strange new world of lockdown and what this means for our families. Every business in New Zealand is affected by COVID-19 in one way or another and we are all challenged to find our way in the "new normal". Here at Acudio, we continue to work remotely from our home offices and are able to provide timely ongoing service via phone, email, Microsoft Teams and Zoom to help you through this challenging time. 


For many of you, the most immediate issue is cashflow. We recommend working on a shorter term, rolling 3 month outlook and have developed a number of tools to help you with this process. Now is the time to start planning how your business will come out of the lockdown and how it will look post COVID-19. It is certain many businesses will be very different in the new environment. Supply chain disruption will be ongoing. Adapt your business strategy to sustain continuity in the short-term. Look where you can build resilience and implement revised strategies to embrace opportunities that arise as the world emerges from the crisis.
