To ensure there are no misunderstandings we outline our credit policy.

• Payment for all invoices issued by us are payable by the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice unless a special arrangement has been made in writing.

• If invoices relating to work done by us become overdue you acknowledge our right to charge you administration costs, interest, debt collection and legal costs in respect of collecting an overdue amount.

• Acudio Ltd shall be entitled to exercise a general lien over all the books, records, related documents and other such chattels that may come into the possession of Acudio Ltd for the purpose of performing your professional services until all costs and charges of Acudio Ltd for professional services of any nature to you have been fully paid.
